IRON TECH | REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At IRON TECH, we want you to have the ultimate "hero" experience. Our replicas are high-precision pieces of engineering, and we take great pride in the quality of every unit that leaves our shop.

To keep our prices fair and our engineering standards high, we have established a clear set of guidelines regarding what qualifies for a refund and what does not.


âś… When You ARE Eligible for a Refund

We stand by our delivery and the initial quality of our tech. You are fully covered in the following two scenarios:

  • Non-Received Packages: If the courier loses your package in transit and the tracking never shows a "Delivered" status, we will provide a full refund or a free replacement—your choice.

  • Arrival Damage (DOA): If your helmet arrives with physical damage from shipping or a factory mechanical defect right out of the box, we will make it right.

    • Note: To help us file a claim with the carrier, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a quick video showing the issue.


⚠️ When You ARE NOT Eligible for a Refund

Because these are specialized, high-value collectibles, we cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Preferences & "Change of Mind": Once a unit has been shipped, we cannot offer refunds based on personal taste, aesthetic preferences, or if you simply decided you no longer want the item.

  • Sizing & Fit: Each helmet has specific internal dimensions listed on the product page. Because everyone’s head shape is unique, we cannot offer refunds if a helmet doesn't fit comfortably. Please measure twice before ordering!

  • User Error or Accidental Damage: We cannot cover damage caused by dropping the helmet, spilling liquids on the electronics, or "forcing" the faceplate to move by hand, which can strip the internal motor gears.

  • Battery & Power Issues: Many "malfunctions" are simply due to low-quality batteries. Damage caused by using incorrect voltages or leaking batteries is not eligible for a refund.

  • Failure to Follow the Manual: Our tech requires a specific "startup" sequence. If a unit is damaged because the instructions were not followed, it will not qualify for a return.
